COVID 19 Protocols
At Club Dynasty we ensure a clean and safe environment for all of our staff and guests. Below is our action plan for Covid-19.
Club Dynasty Protocol:
Infrared Fever Detection
All staff and guests are screened for fever using a thermal temperature gun prior to entering the spa. If a fever is detected, access to the spa is forbidden.
Cleaning And Sanitizing
All surfaces will be cleaned thoroughly, multiple times per day. This includes all door handles, knobs, keys chains, ATM machine, and other commonly touched surfaces.
Guest Protocol
Club Dynasty will not allow access to anyone who is feeling unwell, shows signs of respiratory symptoms, fever, cough, or other flu-like symptoms.
Hand Sanitizer Dispensers
Dispensers will be prevalent throughout the spa and we encourage all staff and guests to use these dispensers often.
Rooms
All massage rooms will be thoroughly cleaned in between each client. As always, only fresh and clean linens will be used for each client.
Sneeze Guard Barrier
We have placed a Plexiglas barrier at our reception counter.
Social Distancing
We will kindly ask all guests to keep at least 6 feet distance between themselves and others guests.
Steam & Sauna
Only one guest will be permitted to use the sauna and steam room at any given time. The Jacuzzi pool is open and available at this time. We kindly request that all guests limit their use of the amenities to 45 minutes before/after their massage.
Masks & Gloves
All masseuses will wear masks if requested by the client. This is up to each individual client.
